Karin Palle

CEO

Karin Palle is a business leader, educator, and connector with decades of experience helping organizations grow and adapt. During her 12-year tenure with the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program in Utah, she mentored hundreds of entrepreneurs in strategy, operations, and leadership.

She was named one of Utah Business’s 30 Women to Watch and received both the Rising Star Award from NAWBO and the Woman of the Year Award from the Women’s Networking Group. As executive director of the Utah Women’s Networking Group, she grew the organization to more than 750 members, building a powerful network that connected leaders and community partners.

At Generational Business Strategies, Karin draws on this extensive experience and her research on generational dynamics to help leaders bridge gaps between Gen Z, Millennials, Gen X, and Boomers. Practical, people-centered, and rooted in experience, her approach translates strategy into action.

Amir Haskic

Amir Haskic

President & COO

Amir Haskic is President and COO of Generational Business Strategies, where he guides the firm’s strategic direction and operational excellence. With over 15 years of experience in sustainable real estate and green building, he has led projects transforming properties into Net-Zero and Passive-certified spaces and served as President of the US Green Building Council’s Utah chapter as well as Ambassador for the International Living Future Institute.

His career spans residential and commercial real estate, mortgages, construction, and property management, fueled by a passion for helping immigrant families achieve the American dream. Today, Amir brings this expertise to GBS, applying his knowledge of sustainability and structural growth to help organizations design corporate structures that support growth, reduce risk, and strengthen profitability.
