Business owners get so busy working in the business and solving problems that they forget to focus on growing their business. To encourage you to embrace your growth mindset, the second week of the 10K Alumni Virtual Hub Meetings will give alumni time to brainstorm their latest challenges with each other.
The first 10K Alumni Networking Hub: Brainstorming Growth Challenges will be Wednesday, July 8th at 10:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Participants can submit a challenge in advance or participate by listening and providing feedback and best practices to solve business challenges. Challenges can relate to your financials, marketing, operations, technology, leadership, employees, risk mitigation, business trends, and more.
The format will be:
2 min: Present the challenge
10 min: Provide feedback (1 to 2 minutes per person)
The goal is to have 3 challenges per session. Depending on attendance, we may divide into breakout sessions to ensure time for valuable feedback. This will be a learn as we go process so your patience and expertise will be appreciated. If you are willing to facilitate any topics, please email Karin@genbizstrategies.com to discuss further.
